What we do

Life Empowering Technology & Science

We are a teaching farm

Our goal is to teach as many aspects of sustainable and natural farming as we can while introducing technology at the same time. We desire to empower students to take the knowledge they learn here and go into the world, changing lives.

Aquaponics

A system of aquaculture in which the waste produced by our farmed fish (Tilapia) supplies nutrients for plants grown hydroponically, which in turn purify the water.

Natural Farm

Natural Farming is a system of farming where the use of indigenous micro-organisms are used to enhance the quality of the soil, and therefore the plants grown there. No herbicides, pesticides or chemicals are used.

Appropriate Technology

Technology that is suitable to the social and economic conditions of the geographic area in which it is to be applied, is environmentally sound, and promotes self-sufficiency on the part of those using it.
